Meet The Founder

Hi there, my name is Cole. I have worked in mainstream and special needs education for over 35 years with a decade of that time as a headteacher. This has given me an intimate understanding of and empathy for the struggles that schools and leaders encounter. I truly believe that no school is beyond repair and that no leader should ever feel beyond their depth or alone. To help with this, I have been working with schools and leaders across the country for over 20 years, equipping them with the skills that they need to achieve ambitious goals and reach their fullest potential.

Coaching, Advice & Mentoring

Free Initial Consultation - £50 per hour - £250 online half day (+VAT)

Ideal support for those moments as a leader when you feel stuck, have tried everything and lost for next steps. Problem solve and reach out for independent and confidential advice.

Consider regular supervision or coaching support from someone outside of your organisation to strengthen your resolve and sustain you through the highs and lows of leadership. Don’t feel alone in the crowd; reach out for that helping hand from someone who has been there!

Bespoke Training & Coaching Projects

£550 per day (+VAT) - Online £450 per day (+VAT)

Group or individual projects such as:

  • INSET Days

  • Training courses.

  • Strategic leadership development days - facilitating the big picture vision setting, values and strategy / school development planning

  • Writing School Development Plans

  • Training sessions for parent support groups

  • Subject or SEND Review

  • Managing TA appraisals

  • Leading Adaptive Teaching Strategy and Practices

  • Governor Training

  • School Business Manager Appraisal

  • ECT Programme

  • Managing Difficult Conversations

Full Annual School Improvement Partner

£550 per day (+VAT) including verbal feedback and recommendations

3 to 6 full or half day visits that would consist of:

  • Head teacher appraisal and review process with Governor support

  • Ad hoc phone support

  • Focused visits lead to feedback on all aspects of the Self Evaluation Report

  • Recommendations aligned to Ofsted grade criteria and updates on any changes to Ofsted frameworks

  • Specialist teacher advice for curriculum and pedagogy

  • Leadership development and coaching from an experienced accredited Head teacher and leadership coach

  • Over 10 years experience in inspection and school review

  • SEND specialist support

  • Chair of Governors’ coaching and support

£100 (+VAT) Follow up report and recommendations

£750 (+VAT) including additional meetings e.g. Governor support in the evening.

They specialise in support for neurodiverse individuals and those who have suffered trauma in life or at work.
